Terms and Conditions

Deliveries all orders (non fish) delivery is on a next working day basis, however this is not guaranteed due to circumstances outside of our control, such as adverse weather or traffic incidents. 


Live fish deliveries are made on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Please ensure you will be present to accept the goods as livestock cannot be left without being signed for.  


Cut off time for nextday delivery is 12pm the day prior. 


For deliveries to destinations outside of the UK Mainland, we may contact you to discuss an alternative arrangement. 


Coppermill Aquatics cannot accept responsibility for any indirect or consequential losses caused by damaged or faulty items, dispatch delays, or courier delays. 


We reserve the right to change delivery prices, apply promotional offers, and exclude certain items from delivery promotions. 


Any discrepancies need to be communicated to us withing 24hrs of receipt. 

Receiving Your Order 

Check your delivery immediately.

 

If any livestock is dead on arrival, notify us the same day with clear photos in the unopened bag. 

 

If you believe you received the wrong species, contact us within 24 hours with clear photos. 

 

If livestock becomes unwell or dies within 7 days, we may request water test results, tank or pond details, and photos. 

 

Claims are assessed by us on evidence provided and not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for compatibility checks, quarantine, acclimation, and maintaining suitable water conditions. 

 

Colours, patterns, and sizes vary. Juvenile fish may not show adult features.

Returns 

We recommend that all purchases are carefully considered as returning livestock can cause unnecessary stress which in turn can impact health.

 

We are not responsible for lost returns without proof of delivery.

 

Statutory rights are unaffected. 

Prices 

Prices are confirmed at checkout.

We may correct pricing errors or supplier increases and will offer cancellation if prices change before dispatch. 


All prices include VAT unless stated but exclude delivery. 


No contract exists until dispatch or written acceptance.
